An action inquiry group aimed at inquiring at how to develop Gestalt OD in Macedonia. Soon the passion and ambition for change was carried on into a consulting center and through various educative adventures of the first members, GO center became an eclectic center where post-modernism came to life. We now do a range of activities including coaching, organizational development consulting, education of people that want to make a difference in the world as well as take care of themselves. GO center commits to build relationships with an international community of people who are committing to dialogue wherever they stand on this globe. Our Values We values relationship building and mutual respect above all. We believe in order to be able to create healthier individuals, teams, organizations and societies, we need to improve relationships between ourselves, others and the wider web of life. Eco-logical mindset Our work is inspired from different approaches, one that sits rightly with us is the need for a paradigm switch from an ego-logical mindset to an eco-logical mindset. We follow our purpose both in individual and organizational work. Some of our associates are leaders in the field of holistic business education and we are committed to spread the word for the need of a shift of paradigm all around us. Experimenting is in our genes We absolutely love experimenting. It is in our view one of the best ways to learn and change. We experiment in coaching, consulting, supervision, therapy and educational offers. Experimenting allows us to create a new reality even if it is only here and now, it opens the world of possibilities for the future.
