All of you that can place distance from the utterly academic, utterly experimental or utterly radical, and have PC and a camera, can make something and send it to us on DVD. We will further assess if it complies with our local tastes or if it addresses the single most important criterion which we will consider and that is the film element itself, or the making and representation of occurrences/events/things.
